I had the opportunity to dine at Pietro’s this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Tucked away on Walnut St. just past the park, I was pleased to get a table inside with minimal wait. Note: if you want to get one of the posh/prime happy hour spot outside tables, plan to get there early.

Pizzas start at around $12 and you add $2.50 per topping so they can get up in price pretty quickly. I was able to sample the chicken parmesan and one of their fine pizzas (the medium is probably large enough for 2 if you aren’t looking for a huge meal). Both were excellent on all accounts, as was the friendly service. I’d highly recommend!
