Tired of being held hostage to Comcast? I, unfortunately, live in a building where that’s my only option. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with the situation when I realized that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy NFL Sunday Ticket in the courtesy of my own home this season.  Such is life I suppose.

To hell with that! I say forget Comcast. I’m tired of seeing their “triple-play” advertisement. Is anyone really STILL getting a home phone? And cell? And cable? And internet? How much money do these people make… I want to see some figures.

Of course, the prospect of not having my broadband or cable would normally be enough to scare me into submission — but thanks to our friends at ABC we can all be liberated!  Thanks to the miracle of the interweb, ABC is going to be streaming it’s shows online in HIGH DEFINITION this year! For those that never used ABC’s video player to catch a few shows last season really missed out - it was quite a treat. And now to get a free HD stream - wow. Comcast can go to hell.
