America getting fatter

The F as in Fat: How Obesity Policies Are Failing in America, 2007 Report was recently released, showing that adult obesity rates rose in 31 states. Not good.
Pennsylvania was in the middle of the pack as the 23rd fattest state. I guess its not the worst.

$300 Million Dollar Dreams are over

Some yokel in Indiana was the SOLE winner of the huge Powerball jackpot. Unbelievable.
I do hear that the Mega Millions jackpot (which runs through the rest of the country) is up to $250 Million for Tuesday’s drawing. There might still be hope!
