Pennsylvania was in the middle of the pack as the 23rd fattest state. I guess its not the worst.

Pennsylvania has the 23rd highest rate of adult obesity at 24.5 percent and the 29th highest rate of overweight youths (ages 10-17) at 13.3 percent in the nation, according to a new report by Trust for America’s Health (TFAH).
