It’s true! Frankly it’s not totally shocking. I wouldn’t say that mass transit in Philadelphia is on par with some other major cities, and the weather, lack of usable subways, potential for crime all have to weigh into these types of studies.

Surprisingly, DC was rated first. While I think that’s a more “walkable” city, I don’t know that I’d put it atop the list. Thoughts anyone?
