So you know - if you’re taking a cab from the airport (PHL) to Center City - you should be charged a flat rate of $26.25. No more, no less.

Does anyone have a preference? I’m not sure I’ve had a ton of success going with calling and waiting…and waiting…and waiting for a cab. If I ever get through to an operator, I’m usually at my establishment for another 15 minutes before I see a puke-ugly taxi show up.
