According to Forbes this month, the Philadelphia Eagles are the fastest growing team brand in the NFL. The Eagles achieved the feat by doubling their brand value over the past 3 years.
So how’d they do it?
The Forbes article mentions the removal of Terrell Owens as the main reason for this rapid growth.

It appears the great city of Philadelphia is not immune to dog fighting operations. These things are garnering a lot more attention now that the Atlanta Falcons quarterback was linked (and indicted!) to one.

Well - they did it. The Phillies lost their 10,000th game at the hands of the Cardinals tonight, putting them into a whole new level of inadequacy on the sports playing field.
Way to go! Not even the Bengals and Knicks (in their current state) know the depths that you have reached…

Apparently the Phillies suck. I don’t pride myself on being a big baseball fan, but the Phillies have been picking up lots of attention on the heels of their chase for 100,000 losses.
And we thought Barry Bonds was the only one chasing history…
